1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

2. How to Return an Item
To return an item, follow these steps:

- Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) and instructions for returning the product.
- Packaging: Carefully package the item in its original box or packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that the returned item reaches us safely.
Please note that if you are returning an item due to a change of mind (e.g., wrong size, fit, or color), the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
3. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
